Salted caramel is one of the most popular flavours. So popular in fact it gets its own dedicated box!
WHAT YOU GET IN THE BOX: Your box contains 12 beautiful, delicious salted-caramels. Choose the size of box at checkout. Simple!
ALLERGIES & INTOLERANCES: All our chocolates may contain nuts. Let us know at time of ordering if you have any specific allergies or intolerances and we will change products where possible.
SHELF LIFE: The shelf life of your caramels is three weeks from receipt. There will be a date on the back of your chocolate box and a care guide so you can store your chocolates perfectly.
STORAGE: Store your chocolates in a cool dry place away from strong odours and direct sunlight. When the weather is hot please store your chocolates sealed in their box in the bottom of the fridge. To appreciate the full flavour of the chocolates let them come to room temperature sealed in their box before eating.
PACKAGING: Please note that we develop and improve the packaging of our handmade chocolates all the time. So it may vary from the photographs shown on the website!
BOX SIZE & WEIGHT: Box dimensions Length: 115mm, Width: 85mm, Height: 35mm. Net weight 72 grams (estimated as the chocolates are hand-made and some variation in size is inevitable!)
Packaged box dimensions: Length 150mm, Width: 115mm, Height 50mm, Weight: 101 grams.

Delivery
We aim to get the chocolates to you within a working week.
Occasionally in periods of heavy demand this will be later.
Let us know when you order if you have a particular date for delivery e.g. a specific birthday date you need to meet.
We will make every effort to meet that date or if it's not possible let you know straight away.
Delivery costs are:
- Local delivery (in the NW6 and NW3 areas): £2.50
- Standard delivery (anywhere in the UK): £5.45
- Free delivery for all orders over £22.00
We always use tracked next day delivery to minimise time in transit.
All chocolates boxes are individually padded and heat protected to give them as much protection as possible during transit.
You will be sent a Tracking Number when the chocolates are on the way and you can then arrange directly for redelivery or to deliver to another UK address if you are not in.
Full Ingredients Salted Caramels
Callebaut dark chocolate minimum 54% cocoa solids (sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier, soya lecithin (E322), natural vanilla flavouring).
Callebaut milk chocolate minimum 33.6% cocoa solids (cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier, soya lecithin (E322), natural vanilla flavouring); cream, unsalted butter, maldon sea salt, glucose, vanilla, brown sugar

Shelf life
Our chocolates are FRESH! We use the best, finest, freshest ingredients. We also don't fill the chocolates with stabilizers or other nasties. The chocolates should be at their best for 6 weeks from when you recieve them. If stored well they can last a bit longer than the "use by" but they won't be at their shiniest freshest best.
Shelf life is maximised by storing well away from any heat or light source ideally in a cool dark room. A wine cooler is the perfect place but any cool or non heated room will do.
Ideally just take your chocolates out of the fridge a hour before you taste them to get the full flavours.
